What you will achieve:
*Research and Analysis: Dive deep into client requirements, industry trends, and competitor analysis to gather crucial insights for bids. Learn from past bids to understand how to best address clients’ questions.
*Content Development: Assist in crafting compelling bids, from executive summaries to technical responses, methodologies, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and alignment with client needs.
*Document Management: Organize and maintain bid documents, including templates, proposals, and reference materials. Collaborate with various teams across the business to ensure accuracy and relevance in bid submissions.
*Quality Assurance: Review bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and company standards. Conduct quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in content, formatting, and messaging.
*Deadline Management: Manage multiple bids simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion and submission of bid responses.

You will need to be organised with a strong attention as well as having excellent communication skills. We are particularly welcoming applications from individuals with the following:
*Proficiency in Microsoft packages
*Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
*Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity
*Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
*1-2 years of bid writing experience
*Familiarity with bid writing processes and best practices
*A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to proofread and edit documents effectively.
