Location: Birmingham (Great Barr, Kings Norton, Bordesley Green)
Position: Temporary Support Worker
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
Availability: Flexible (1-5 days per week)

Role Overview
As a Temporary Support Worker, you will:
*Work directly with adults to support their educational and developmental activities.
*Promote independence, build relationships, and encourage positive behaviour.
*Assist in maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.
*Adapt to the needs of individuals, offering person-centred care and encouragement.
What We’re Looking For
*Compassionate Individuals: Empathetic and patient with a genuine passion for supporting others.
*Reliable Team Players: Able to collaborate effectively with staff and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
*Experience Preferred: Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour is advantageous but not essential.
