Job Description:
Project Officer
Venn Group are partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Leeds area who urgently require a full-time Project Officer.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting Programme Managers to plan and implement training schemes over an annual cycle, by developing SOPs (standard operating procedures) in accordance with agreed project plans
*Researching and publicizing outputs and impacts of the programmes within the relevant portfolio
*Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries related to the various projects, aiming to manage at least 75% of all queries
*Managing the advertising of schemes to a range of publishing and professional organisations
*Coordinating various meetings including review panels, advisory board meetings, workshops and stakeholder meetings; which may include liaising with hotel/event management staff and managing event costs
*Providing secretariat for groups and meetings as required, including contributing to the production of minutes and reports
*Liaising with external stakeholders and organisations to monitor the progress of projects
Key skills and Qualifications:
*Demonstrable experience working in a mid-level role or higher within the project or research field
*Advanced working knowledge of word processing, databases and spreadsheets
