As an Individual Needs Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping children thrive. Our pupils have a range of needs, from mild Autism to non-verbal communication, and some require personal care. Your role will be incredibly rewarding as you help foster their independence, support their personal and medical needs, and guide them through their educational journey.
You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team, working in a school that takes pride in using creative and individualized approaches to develop each child’s communication skills and potential. *Proactive: You take initiative to support and encourage children in their daily activities.
*Experienced (or eager to learn): Whether you have prior experience as a Support Worker or Carer, or personal experience with SEND and challenging behavior, you’ll find your skills and passion are valued here.
