Job Description:
We are looking for a proficient Finance Manager for our insurance team. The successful candidate must have experience in the accounting and finance sector, preferably within the insurance industry.

Our client is a well-established and respected player in the insurance industry. With a team of over 150 employees, they provide a comprehensive range of insurance services to a diverse clientele. Their headquarters are located in Caerphilly and they are part of an employee-owned trust.
Description
*Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
*Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports
*Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
*Coordinate and complete annual audits
*Meet financial accounting objectives
*Develop and manage financial systems and policies
*Control income, cash flow, and expenditure
*Liaise with managerial staff and other colleagues
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified
*Experience in managing accounting teams
*A strong understanding of financial trends within the insurance industry
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
*A competitive salary range from £55,000 to £60,000 per year
*Holiday leave starting at 25 days and increasing to 28 days
*Hybrid working
