Job Description:
***ADMINISTRATOR***
This is an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time, super organised Administrator to support a busy team within a fast-paced office. This is an office-based role offering a rich and varied workload. It would suit client focused candidates with previous administrative, secretarial/PA or office management experience.
Salary up to £27.5K
Key responsibilities for the Administrator include,
*Professional and friendly client interaction both face-to-face and over the telephone
*Managing the smooth on-boarding of new clients, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
*Appointment and database management
*Day-to-day office management including managing supplies, equipment and documentation
*Assist with work progress tracking and project delivery as required
*Provide sales & marketing support to aid business growth
*Set up, maintain and organise filing and scanning systems
The ideal Administrator will need,
*Previous Administrative, secretarial, office management or PA experience
*Excellent knowledge of MS Office needed
*Experience of using any accounting software such as Xero useful but not essential
*Be highly organised, ability to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail
*Full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle essential, free on-site parking
Hours 8.30am-5pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30am-4pm Fri
