Location: Birmingham
Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 + Generous Commission

As a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise in IT contract roles, managing both client relationships and candidate placements. You’ll enjoy full autonomy over your desk in a mature, flexible work environment.
Key Requirements
*Minimum 18 months of experience in contract recruitment, ideally in IT.
*Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive work ethic.
*Desire to work in a 360 role with full accountability.
