Operations Administrator
Full-time, Permanent
Holiday - 22 days plus BH
Hours - 8:30am - 5pm 
Salary from £26,750 (doe)
Our client is a leading company based in a modern head office in South Cerney, near Cirencester and Swindon.
This is a fascinating time to join the business as it continues rapid growth. The Operations Administrator will be reporting to the Head of Operations.
Duties will be essential and will support the day-to-day running of the business, which will directly affect the organisation’s productivity and success.
We seek a determined, proactive, organised individual with a good sense of humour who can work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
*General administration relating to operatives, including chasing missing documents such as Right to Work documents, signed contracts, references.
*Liaising between HR, Operations, Payroll, Recruitment and Training to ensure the correct paperwork is supplied to ensure weekly payroll processes run smoothly
*Sending correspondence letters to operatives e.g. employment letters, rate change letters
*Maintaining and updating spreadsheets using PowerBI to export reports
*Assist payroll department with timesheet queries
*Completing weekly paperwork/forms and reports for Operations Managers
Desirable Skills:
*Trustworthy
*Manage workload effectively under tight deadlines and deal with multiple requests.
*Experience working in a fast-paced environment
*Confident talking to internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone
*Previous office admin experience is desirable
*Ability to prioritise
*Strong work ethic
*A keen eye for detail
