Talent Guardian is representing a leading buy-to-let mortgage provider based in Maidstone, Kent, in their search for a Post-Offer Case Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and efficiency in the mortgage process.
The Post-Offer Case Manager will manage a portfolio of mortgage applications, ensuring smooth progression from offer to completion. Working closely with internal teams—such as sales, underwriting, and risk—and external partners like solicitors and brokers, the successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining compliance and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, brokers, and solicitors, acting as the primary point of contact for all queries during the post-offer process.
*Provide timely, accurate responses to enquiries and proactively update all stakeholders on case progress.
*Manage legal queries and documentation while ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
*Accurately input and update case data in the system, maintaining an up-to-date record of each application’s stage.
*Monitor and progress mortgage applications using a diary system to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure mortgage conditions are met and escalate any issues to the Line Manager for resolution.
*Handle phone calls and emails efficiently to ensure all tasks are actioned promptly.
Preferred Experience: *Previous experience in financial services, mortgages, or case management is advantageous but not essential.
*A general understanding of financial or mortgage processes is desirable.
