Job Description:
Role: Administrator
Location: Manchester city centre
Salary: 25-27k
SF Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a Manchester-based legal services company. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in providing administrative support in a professional services environment, particularly in the legal industry. You would be working closely with a high-level partner, so a professional & mature attitude is required.
Main responsibilities:
*Open files and perform related procedures per the Quality Manual.
*Conduct Anti-Money Laundering and ID checks as per firm policy.
*Manage documents and maintain client and matter records.
*Submit searches via Land Registry and other portals.
*Assist with and draft SDLT submissions.
*Liaise with clients when appropriate.
*Perform photocopying, scanning, and online filing tasks.
*Manage team diaries and organise holiday charts.
*Handle incoming and outgoing team post.
*Prepare, amend, and manage legal documents with attention to detail.
*Support fee earners with administrative tasks.
*Use Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, and case management systems extensively.
*Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
