Key Duties:
*Joinery - Ability to fix doors or build new door frames, shelving, cupboards etc.
*Plumbing - Ideally be able to fix/change any plumbing issues toilet/kitchen areas.
*Painting/decorating and general building tidy up/repairs.
*Small electrics like changing light bulbs/tubes, plugs, fuses etc. (any major electrical faults should be reported to maintenance for repair)
*Heavy cleaning for areas not covered by current employees.
*Assist engineers with oil top ups & basic machine maintenance.
*Grounds maintenance.
*Provide support to other areas of the factory.
The Package:
*27,317.16 per annum.
*Day shift role, Monday-Friday.
*26 days holiday + 8 bank.
