Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Program Support specialist to join the team,
Initial 12 Month contract and the position will require weekly visits to site in London.
The position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial management, project management, and data analysis.
A snippet of what you’ll be doing:
*Budgeting - liaise with budget owners monthly/as required to ensure correct phasing and commitments are in place
*Focal point for PO creation, PO extensions, vendor set up and Invoice payment
*Support annual/biannual production and update of toolkits and playbooks, enabling markets to replicate best practices and find ways to leverage/understand programmes better
*Align team on approach and content always with a lens on improving content and enhancing the user experience while exploring ways to reduce the costs for future face to face meetings
*Support programme owners with partners to provide continued System measurement improvements.
Skill Set (Required)
*Financial Management: Budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.
*Project Management: Planning, organising, and executing projects.
*Data Analysis and Reporting: Data collection, analysis, and reporting.
*Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
*Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
*Excel: Advanced Excel skills. PowerPoint: Presentation skills.
