Role Overview:
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome behavioural challenges and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to create and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioural needs.
*Implement behaviour management plans and strategies.
*Support students in developing social skills and emotional regulation.
*Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
*Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
*A passionate and empathetic individual with experience in supporting students with behavioural needs.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
*A proactive and flexible approach to work.
*Team Teach qualification is highly desirable.
