Permanent People is seeking an experienced, German-speaking recruiter or sales professional to join a well-established client in Manchester City Centre. With two decades of expertise in FMCG recruitment, our client specializes in the German food manufacturing market and values a tailored, self-managed approach to recruitment, free from rigid KPIs.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, including business development, candidate sourcing, and interviews. With an extensive client base and strong market reputation, there’s potential for immediate billing and significant business growth. This role offers the chance to build a highly profitable desk, with a clear path toward becoming an operational leader within the company in the future.
Key Requirements
*Fluency in German (professional level).
*Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales.
*Strong business development skills, with a proactive and resilient approach.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset.
