Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: Basic £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience) + Monthly Bonus
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday - Thurs 8.30am - 5pm
Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for a well established business in Bromsgrove to join the team and help drive growth! The Sales Manager will work alongside the Commercial Director to develop and execute sales strategies, manage the sales team, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Duties Will Include:
*Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
*Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
*Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, professionals, and distributors.
*Regularly speak with Customers to ensure an up to date CRM system and opportunities are never missed.
*Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing forecasts and budgets.
*Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to align strategies and successfully bring new products to market.
*Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Skills and Experience Needed:
*Previous experience managing a sales team is required
*Proven ability to inspire and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skill
*Ability to present and negotiate effectively
*Strong ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
