We are actively looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join a growing company on their Midlands projects on a long-term rolling contract, with up to 5 years work. The successful candidate will have a two out of four-week rota, flexibility in their role, and get paid per risk assessment they conduct.

The successful Fire Risk Assessor will receive:
*Pay per risk assessment conducted, along with travel fees
*Company phone
*Company laptop
*Tablet to conduct assessments with
*Internal training on systems that will be used
*Flexible working opportunities

As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be:
*Conducting Type 1 and 3 risk assessments on low- and mid-rise buildings for a Social Housing Contractor.
*Liaising with client to manage their own schedule.
*Inputting data into the database ready for internal and external audits.

The Fire Risk Assessor must have:
*5 years experience in the fire industry
*Experience working in social housing industry is desirable
*Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Fire Safety
*Experience conducting Type 1 and Type 3 risk assessments
