Job Description
*Responsible for supporting the production manager by leading staff, organising and monitoring workflow and ensuring daily/weekly/monthly targets are hit.
*Resolving day to day issues and establishing processes to prevent future issues
*Maintaining quality standards of products are adhered to and enforcing the organisations standards
*Take a hands-on approach to production activities supporting the team when required. Being happy to complete tasks you would expect from the team.
*Leading team briefs and tool box talks on a daily basis, attending contract review meetings in absence of the Production Manager

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Experience leading shopfloor teams in a manufacturing environment (fabrication/assembly is advantageous)
*Ability to carry out shopfloor duties when required
