The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, intelligent, and consultative Sales Consultant to join our team, someone who can rise above outdated perceptions of "double glazing sales." You will thrive on meaningful conversations about:
*Energy efficiency: Helping customers reduce carbon footprints and energy bills.
*Green building practices: Engaging with clients who are passionate about sustainability.
*Aesthetics: Understanding and articulating design as a key factor in purchase decisions.
*Building details: Navigating technical discussions with homeowners, architects, and builders.

You bring a blend of interpersonal excellence, technical aptitude, and a genuine passion for superior products. You should have:
*Proven Sales Talent: Demonstrated success in consultative sales. Some knowledge of construction will be helpful, but aptitude is more important.
*Customer-Centric Approach: The ability to deeply understand client needs and tailor solutions.
*Technical Acumen: A willingness to learn and confidently discuss the specifications and performance of our products.
*Professionalism and Drive: A self-starter with exceptional communication and presentation skills
