Job Description:
Senior Credit Control - Birmingham city Centre
Exciting opportunity for experienced Credit Controller for a successful business based in Birmingham City Centre. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic candidate who can take ownership of the Ledger and improve/increase collections.
You will have full responsibility for the credit function including:
*Manage and take ownership of a complex ledger.
*Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and post.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM systems.
*Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers.
*Meet overdue recovery targets using a structured and methodical approach.
*Identify and resolve barriers to payment effectively.
*Proactively manage customer accounts to minimise outstanding balances.
*Collaborate with stakeholders other internal departments
Person/Experience Required:
*2-5 years of experience in credit control.
*Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
*Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
