Are you detail-oriented and ready to join a dynamic team? CSP Recruitment is offering a fantastic opportunity for Production Operatives to join a leading Fresh Produce supplier in Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1PF.
This is a Temp to Perm position, with the possibility of a permanent role after 12 weeks.
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean work environment.
Responsibilities include:
*Safe and efficient operation of production machinery
*Monitoring the production process to maintain quality
*Conducting quality checks on products
*Following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
*Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment
*Assisting in troubleshooting equipment issues
Experience and skills required:
*Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
*Mechanical knowledge for machinery operation and troubleshooting
*Familiarity with food production processes and safety regulations
*Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
*Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) is a plus
