Housing Solicitor
Circa £50,000 per annum
Maidenhead (Hybrid)

Your New Role
Our client is a nationally recognised housing organisation, who are searching for a talented and career driven legal housing specialist. In this varied position, you will need be a dynamic individual, who will provide legal address and representation across a number of housing matters, these could be around tenancy, occupation, claims and settlements. There are project specific elements to the role, as well as, working on continuous improvement, you will support best practice and also pick up additional duties for the Risk & assurance Manager.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally, you will have previous experience working within a similar position. You must have a Law or comparable degree and have a minimum of 3 years relevant PQE. Ideally you will have sound knowledge of the UK social housing sector and be a natural problem solver with excellent time management skills. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Negotiation and presenting are also key in this position.

Other than a strong basic salary, you will be offered a flexible hybrid working environment. Progression is pushed within the organisation with clear routes.
