Job Description:
Package: £25-30K Basic Salary plus Uncapped Commission - £45K OTE Year 1, £55K OTE Year 2 and £70K Year 3
This company is a fast-growing Recruitment Agency based in central London and currently sit at a head count of 29 staff. They are going through a period of rapid growth and are soon to open a New York office with relocation opportunities available within 24 months for top performing graduates. They are huge believers in training and personal development and give you a big budget for internal and external training and give you time to develop into the very best consultant you can be. Cohesiveness and teamwork are big on this company’s agenda rather than dog eat dog which a lot of recruitment agencies can be like. They are now looking to add to their award-winning graduate team!
Graduate Recruiter - The Role:
*Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
*Meeting clients and candidates face to face
*Account Management
*Interviewing candidates
*Building relationships with existing and new clients
*Networking & negotiating
*Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
Graduate Recruiter Consultant - The Benefits:
