Role: Repairs Manager - Reactive Maintenance
Location: South London
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 (Basic Salary)

What You’ll Do

*Oversee the scheduling of complex, multi-trade repairs to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
*Enforce compliance with key policies on attendance, driving, mobile device use, and workplace safety.
*Collaborate with the Commercial team to resolve invoicing issues and optimize contract performance.
*Champion Health and Safety compliance across all operations, adhering to the contractor’s framework and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
*Significant experience in the Repairs and Maintenance sector.
*A strong history of managing large-scale maintenance contracts and diverse teams.
*Expertise in Health and Safety protocols and compliance.
*A commercial mindset with a proven ability to enhance contract profitability.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
*A full UK driving licence.
