HSEQ Advisor

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for an HSEQ Advisor to support the business in establishing its current HSEQ risk profile through active on site monitoring of internal and external build teams; and supporting in the reduction and management of these risks but supporting, coaching and supporting the identification of solutions and better ways of working.

Here’s why you’ll love this role…
- Supporting the wider team on delivering HSEQ initiatives across the business
- You will visit our build sites (Lincs and S Yorks) to ensure we are living our health and safety culture and keeping our employees safe - so you will need a full UK driving licence
- You will coach and advise managers and train / induct teams on managing the HSEQ aspects of their day to day work
-You will act as a safety champion by promoting safe working practices and behaviours at our sites
- You will develop and maintain the HSEQ Management System for ISO 45001,14001,9001
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
- You have experience working in a site based health and safety role
- Minimum of NEBOSH General or construction certificate
- You have managed incident investigations and root cause analysis
- If you have experience with ISO 9001,14001 and 45001, or completed internal audit training, then that would be a benefit
- Your communication skills are what makes you great at stakeholder management
- You have knowledge & experience in:
CDM 2015 / Asbestos Awareness / Working at Height / Manual handling / Excavations / Road and street works/ Reviewing RAMS and supporting, coaching and mentoring
This is a full time role. But we’re all about making sure our people can do what they do best whilst balancing busy lives, hobbies, kids, cats and cross stitch. So if you’ve got ideas about flexible working, let us know.
