** HR Business Partner (Senior) – London - Hybrid (2 Days Office) – £70,000 - £75,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Excellent Benefits **

About the Job
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in delivering HR strategies, support and advisory services across the organisation. Reporting to a well-respected HR Director, you will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive engagement and ensure exceptional HR service delivery. This position will require you to manage a range of complex and evolving priorities, making a meaningful impact within the business.
Duties will include:
*Overseeing HR advisory support for various units and functions
*Working with leaders to streamline processes and improve employee wellbeing
*Leading initiatives in stakeholder management and engagement
*Serving as a key contact for issues related to HR/ER and people strategy
*Supporting managers in implementing effective change management practices
*Encouraging the development of innovative ideas to enhance HR service delivery
*Ensuring high standards of service delivery, including managing and improving HR processes and procedures
*Collaborating with teams to maintain a resilient and adaptable work environment
