We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join a team in NW London. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued business customers, covering the London and South East region. 

What you’ll be doing:
*Responding to service calls and diagnosing, repairing, and reporting on faults on industrial electrical equipment 
*Identifying and reporting on machine and installation conditions, providing recommendations for improvement
*Checking and commissioning equipment installations to ensure optimal performance
*Carrying out basic installations of equipment and systems
*Preparing and testing ex-rental equipment for delivery to customers
*Conducting routine maintenance visits to check equipment and identify potential issues
*Maintaining van stock control and updating inventory on systems
What we’re looking for:
*Mechanical and electrical experience 
*Proficient in reading electrical schematics
*A strong technical aptitude, problem-solving and diagnostic skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A valid, clean UK driver’s license
*A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
*Excellent work ethic, always striving to do the best
