We are looking for a Site Finance Business Partner for a 6-month contract based in Bristol with hybrid working on behalf of our globally respected client, Rolls-Royce, a leader in developing cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe, and competitive solutions to meet the planet’s critical power needs.
Purpose of the Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Site Finance Business Partner to support the Turbine Systems Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) within Civil Aerospace Manufacturing Operations. This role plays a pivotal part in providing financial governance, driving business performance, providing actionable financial insights and delivering decision-critical insights to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
*Partner with the Plant Leadership team to deliver improved business performance, providing actionable financial insights and strategic challenges.
*Prepare and present clear, decision-oriented financial forecasts, including product costing and performance commentary.
*Ensure robust financial governance, refining processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
*Promote financial acumen and a cost-conscious culture by coaching team members and stakeholders across the organisation.
*Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Global Site Finance community.
What we require from the candidate:
*A professionally qualified accountant with experience operating at a management level, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
*Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data and presenting insights effectively.
*Proven ability to build strong working relationships with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
*Confident communicator with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive strategic discussions.
*Agile and adaptable, with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
