This role sits within our Public Sector FM business division that provides Cleaning, Catering, Hard Services, Pest Control, Carbon & Energy, and Security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Government market.
About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Undertake regular inspections and patrols of the building, including patrols of common areas in accordance with local procedures.
*Ensure that the building is locked and secure during curfew periods and confirm the presence and wellbeing of residents overnight.
*Support a safe working environment for staff, residents, and visitors by adhering to Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures, and reporting any damage/defects occurred.
*Monitor the behaviour of high-risk residents and respond appropriately to abusive or aggressive behaviour.
*Monitor CCTV systems as required and take responsibility for all internal security, including access control.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
*Must have Right to Work in the UK.
*An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate
*SIA Licence
*Strong people and customer service skills
*Good diligence and high standard of work
*Effective communication skills
