Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Rotherham - Hybrid
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract till December 2025
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Elevation IT are seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our clients in Rotherham on a fixed term contract basis to support their projects function with data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
*Analyse project data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
*Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI.
*Collaborate with project managers to schedule, monitor, and report on project progress.
*Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
*Support portfolio management by providing data visualisations and predictive analytics.
*Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
*Proven experience in data analysis.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
*Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
*Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
*A customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver insights tailored to stakeholder needs.
