Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: £28,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday, private healthcare, 5% pension
Duration: Permanent
Location: Luton
Hours: Mon-Fri - 8.30 - 4.30 or 9.00am - 5.00pm

Purpose of role
Working closely with Sales, Service and Logistics to ensure a smooth operation of the company’s sales, service and logistics processes
Responsibilities:
· Provide first line support for incoming customer enquiries
· Ensure efficient processing of sales and service orders
· Manage supplier & customer invoices
· Coordinate logistics of incoming and outgoing goods
· Maintain up to date systems information
· Provide general admin support and assistance
