Responsibilities
*Maintain and develop Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with standards like AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
*Conduct audits, inspections, and spot-checks for processes and products.
*Lead investigations and corrective actions for non-conformities.
*Collaborate with departments to ensure quality measures are adhered to.
*Manage supplier quality, including audits and addressing concerns.
*Support customer communications regarding quality and compliance.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Required Skills
*Experience in a quality role within manufacturing or engineering.
*Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949.
*Experience with problem-solving tools like 8D, CAPA, and 5-Whys.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data handling and reporting.
*Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable (not essential)
*HNC qualification or higher in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
*IPC certifications in electronics engineering.
*Experience in supplier quality and conducting supplier audits.
*Knowledge of quality inspection processes, including first article inspections.
