Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group HR are proud to be working with a leading client within the Manufacturing sector as they look to recruit a HR Advisor at their Huddersfield site, on a full time, permanent basis.
As a HR Advisor, you will be reporting into the HR Manager and supporting the HR function from offering comprehensive guidance to the managers and employees to supporting the department to execute the HR strategy.
This is a varied role within a fast-paced environment and is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. As a HR Advisor, your day to day responsibilities will include:
*Providing support on all complex Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
*Manage the recruitment process as well as the onboarding and off boarding process
*Process weekly payroll using Sage payroll software
*Support the development of new HR policies and procedures
*Handle employee training and inductions for new starters
*Ensure all personnel records are compliant with GDPR and ensuring data protection and confidentiality at all times

The right individual must have proven experience at an advisory level as well as a deep understanding of the full HR employee lifecycle. Excellent communication skills are a must and experience with Sage Payroll would be desirable.
