Reporting to the Operations Director, the Project Engineer will install, commission, and maintain security systems across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for system improvements.
Responsibilities: *Install and maintain intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems.
*Conduct on-site analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and propose solutions.
*Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
*Identify opportunities for system enhancements based on customer needs.
*Work collaboratively with a team and independently in the field.
*Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry standards.
Requirements: *Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the security industry.
*Working knowledge of Honeywell Galaxy and Texecom equipment.
*CSCS card and essential health and safety knowledge.
*Emergency First Aid certification.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused approach.
