Job Description:
Our clients, a top tier Real Estate Financing company in Central London, is seeking a confident Graduate Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Assistant from a Professional Services background looking for their next challenge.
Duties include:
*Administrative supportive to the team
*Diary management and travel arrangements for the Director and team
*Collating team’s expenses
*Providing an excellent customer service expeirence to the company’s clients
*Scheduling meetings
*Preparing meeting rooms ahead of client meetings
*Collating and inputting confidential client information on to company’s database
*Frequent liaison with clients and brokers on behalf of the team
*Supporting Directors on a variety of administrative tasks
*Supporting the wider team with general office administration
You will be:
*Educated to Degree Level
*Highly numerate
*At least one year’s office administration experience from a Professional Services background
*Fully Microsoft Office proficient
*Adaptable, can do attitude
*Team player
*Polished, well spoken
