Job Description:
I am currently looking for a Lettings Manager to join a hugely successful agency in North West London.
This is a unique position to join a wonderful independent agency in an office covering a huge patch of Prime London.
Must have experience in either St Johns Wood or Hampstead area.
Responsibilities:
*Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
*Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the process.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
*Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
*Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
*Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.
What we need in you:
*High achiever.
*Engaging personality and well-spoken.
*Motivated and driven.
Benefits:
*Basic salary of £50,000 OTE £110,000 +
*Uncapped commission structure.
*Guaranteed commission for the first four months.
*Regular social events.
