The successful Residential Property Solicitor should:
*Be able to manage a caseload of files
*Have the ability to provide expert advice to clients
*Be able to draft, review, and interpret legal documents related to property transactions
*Have experience in shared ownership work (buying, selling, staircasing and lease extensions for shared ownership property)
Profile
The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have:
*1+ years PQE
*Proven experience in managing a residential property caseload
*Comprehensive knowledge of property law
