Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity for an Enterprise Risk Manager to design and implement and, thereafter, support an Enterprise Risk Management framework at a top law firm.
Enterprise Risk Manager
*Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, including policies, procedures, and reporting tools.
*Identify, assess, and monitor organizational risks in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring effective management.
*Integrate risk management into business processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
*Support risk assessments, provide mitigation guidance, and recommend internal control improvements.
*Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and third parties on ERM-related matters.
*Foster a risk-aware culture and regularly audit the ERM Framework to ensure its effectiveness.
*Report on business risks and their management to leadership.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree in business, risk, finance, or a related field.
*3+ years of enterprise risk management experience in professional services or corporate settings.
*Knowledge of ERM frameworks, risk assessment tools, and methodologies.
*Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with risk management software is a plus.
*Ability to lead change, manage complex projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
