Interim Finance Manager
Salary: £55-60k
Duration: 6 Months (Potential Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Hybrid (London-based)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to support this exciting growth phase. This role will be pivotal in shaping the financial success of the business and offers fantastic potential to develop into a permanent, senior position. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a high-visibility role perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career.
What You’ll Be Doing: * Overseeing the Finance Operations: Take full ownership of day-to-day financial operations across the group (currently 4 entities), ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Leading a Growing Team: Manage a dynamic team of 4+
* Driving Financial Insights: Prepare and present detailed monthly management accounts, including variance analyses, while adhering to tight deadlines.
* Month-End: Ensure balance sheets are reconciled and presented monthly, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness.
* End-to-End Year-End Accounting: Manage year-end accounting, including group consolidation and liaising with auditors to ensure a seamless process.
* VAT & Tax Compliance: Oversee VAT returns, ensuring full compliance across multiple entities, and work closely on corporation tax and other tax filings.
* Payment Runs & Treasury Oversight: Supervise weekly payment runs for suppliers and employees, while also overseeing accounts receivable and treasury functions.
Key Requirements: *ACCA/CA/CIMA qualified with PQE in Industry
*Previous Team Management - knows what good looks like in AP/AR/Transactional Finance
*Previous in PE backed environments would be desirable, but not essential
*Available to start at short notice!
