Exciting Opportunity for a Qualified Teacher with QTS to join an SEN School in Cranleigh, near Guildford!

As a Qualified Teacher, you will contribute by:
*Offering tailored teaching and support to the pupils through individualised curricula.
*Designing, preparing, and delivering lessons and activities with a special focus on communication and life skills.
*Facilitating pupils’ engagement in outings, translating theoretical learning into real-world applications.
*Employing behaviour-driven approaches to replace and diminish behaviours that impact quality of life.
*Providing personal care assistance, encouraging pupils to uphold hygiene standards (toileting, feeding).
*Tracking pupil progress, ensuring that teaching methods align with each child’s unique requirements.
*Participating in breaktime responsibilities, including playground supervision and snack periods.
