The Team Joining the Data Management team means becoming part of a collaborative and motivated group dedicated to excellence. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure success in your role.
The Purpose The Data Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining accurate information in the Contract Module. You’ll ensure data integrity, assist in refining internal processes, and support the implementation of new systems and procedures across the business.
Your goal is to facilitate seamless and accurate data administration that aligns with customer requirements, supplier expectations, and internal standards.
The Role This role demands a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing data. The Data Administrator will ensure that customer contracts and associated services are accurately recorded, updated, and billed. Additionally, you’ll work closely with other teams to identify areas for improvement in data processes and play an active role in implementing solutions.
As a Data Administrator, you’ll collaborate with the Contract Data Manager, Client Relations Director, and Chief Process Officer to contribute to the efficiency and reliability of business operations.
Key Responsibilities *Maintain and update the Contract Module, ensuring all data is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
*Verify customer billing and ensure all supplier charges are ceased when no longer applicable.
*Support the roll-out of the Contract Module across the business and assist in addressing any challenges during implementation.
*Collaborate with the Contract Data Manager to generate and act upon detailed reports that enhance operational efficiency.
*Ensure all changes to customer data are logged, updated, and communicated to relevant teams.
Key Tasks *Update the Contract Module with additional charges or service adjustments reported by the Service Delivery Team.
*Investigate and resolve data anomalies, ensuring a high standard of accuracy in all updates.
*Log and address discrepancies identified by the Service Delivery Team, working closely with the Contract Data Manager to verify and correct issues.
*Assist in documenting procedures and best practices for data administration to support consistency across the team.
*Monitor data workflows and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
