KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors.
Job Title: HR and Business Assessor
Location: Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel across Yorkshire and the Midlands)
Salary: £27,500 - £32,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria: *Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
*Hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET etc.)
*Must hold the competency to deliver HR at Level 3.
*Must have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in any of the following vocations: HR; Customer Service; Business Administration; Leadership and Management; Project Management; Marketing; Digital Skills; Financial Services.
*Must hold own Level 3 in a relevant vocation.
*Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
*Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include: *Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in HR and Professional/Business Services sectors; Customer Service, Administration, Leadership, Hospitality, Human Resources, Project Management, Marketing, Digital and Financial Services.
*Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
*Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
*Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
*Support, advise and motivate learners.
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
*Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
Personal Skills: *Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
*Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
*Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
