Job Description:
Our client is looking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to join their team and oversee all aspects of facility maintenance. You must have your own transport to travel to the property.

As Maintenance Manager, you will be the custodian of their aesthetic standards, leading a team to deliver a truly exceptional luxury experience.
Your role is essential in upholding their culture and service standards, ensuring a seamless blend of performance, design and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
*Leading the maintenance team, managing the smooth operation of facilities, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
*Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of all property facilities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
*Manage Projects: Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, perform inspections, and allocate resources to maximize operational efficiency.
*Troubleshoot & Innovate: Solve technical challenges swiftly and work proactively to implement preventative maintenance programs, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity.
*Collaborate with Departments: Act as a key partner to other departments, responding to requests and providing support to maintain exceptional service quality throughout the property.
Skills and Qualifications
*Minimum of two years’ experience as a Head of Maintenance or Lead Engineer
*Strong leadership skills & experience
*Proficiency with IT systems and software, including Microsoft Office
