Job Description:
JHE & Partners are working with a long-standing Bradford business who are looking for a customer service and admin advisor on a permanent basis. Based out of their office in South Bradford but offering 3 days working from home, this is an exciting position working in their busy shared service centre.
Reporting into the transactional finance team leader, this is a role requiring a a confident candidate with a great telephone manner. You will be a hands-on administrator, used to prioritizing workloads and dealing with suppliers. You will be a team player, but also have excellent organisational skills, working autonomously.
Duties include:
*Ensuring customer and supplier administrative queries, both on the phone and via email are dealt with in the agreed SLA’s.
*Ensuring the processing of supplier and customer documents are carried out to agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
*Contribute to ensuring the O2C & P2P processes are efficient, compliant and have full knowledge of the process controls.
*Ensuring administrative tasks for O2C & P2P are completed correctly and within the pre-agreed timescales.
*Follow all O2C & P2P policies and ensure they are up to date and adhered to for all administrative duties (SOPs)
*Identify and work as part of a team to facilitate and implement continuous process improvement ideas to improve process efficiencies
To be considered for this role, you must have good admin skills coupled with an excellent telephone manner. Ideally you’ll live within a commutable distance form their office in South Bradford.
Package includes a salary of £24,000, 3 days working from home, enhanced pensions, 26 days holiday + bank with holiday buy-in option, life insurance.
