Salary: £48,000
Location: Slough
Shift: Monday - Friday
Duties:
*Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflicts and disciplinary actions.
*Contribute to recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
*Support the on boarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation, and facilitating smooth integration for new hires.
*Oversee the UK payroll submission process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
*Promote employee engagement by organising team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
*Produce HR reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
*Work with Senior HR BP partner on strategies with organisational objectives and contribute to implementing HR programs that support business goals.
Key requirements
*Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
*Strong background in HR
*CIPD qualified
*Clear DBS and full 5 year referenceable
