Description
*Ensuring all functions in the EMEA business understand their role in delivering Quality Patient Care.
*Managing commercial Quality Assurance activities for the EMEA region, including personnel and budget.
*Overseeing Manufacturing activities at the plants to maintain compliance with regulatory, environmental, and internal requirements.
*Leading the EMEA quality team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring development and succession planning.
*Integrating quality oversight and operations with Regions for efficient global drug product release and disposition.
*Driving continuous improvement programs at all contract manufacturers and service suppliers to enhance our Quality network.
Profile
A successful Senior Director - Quality Operations EMEA should have:
*Extensive knowledge and experience in Quality Operations within the life science industry.
*Proven leadership capabilities and experience in a similar role.
*An in-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
*Strong communication skills, with the ability to report to executive-level stakeholders.
*Experience in leading and developing a team.
