Description
*Support the Credit Control Manager and wider team with overdue debts
*Deal with queries
*Ensure all statements are issued in accordance with SLA
*Assist with the preparation of files to third parties when unsuccessful in obtaining payment
*Assist with the cash posting
*Any ad hoc duties as required
Profile
*Be available on short notice
*Have demonstrated experience working in a busy Credit Control environment
*Have excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
*Be proactive and have a high attention to detail
Job Offer
The candidate can expect a starting salary c£26-29,000 + 3 days working from home + an immediate start + generous annual leave allowance + a potential for a permanent position
