Beauty Lecturer *Location: East London/Essex
*Job Type: 28 Hours per week 
*Salary: £30-45 per hour
We are seeking a qualified Beauty Lecturer to join our educational team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in teaching beauty courses in Further Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students, preparing them for successful careers in the beauty industry.
Day-to-day of the role: *Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in beauty courses, covering both theoretical and practical aspects.
*Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials based on the curriculum and industry standards.
*Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and practical demonstrations.
*Provide guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their learning objectives.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment.
*Perform administrative duties related to teaching, including maintaining student records, preparing reports, and attending faculty meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Must be a qualified teacher with one of the following: PGCE, QTS, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching beauty in Further Education.
*Hold a Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Qualification.
*Excellent behaviour management skills.
*Desirable: Experience working in a Further Education College or educational establishment.
