About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company in Manchester who are looking to add a Customer Support Representative to their field-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a background in care or the optical industry and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience with the company’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality customer service in the field, visiting clients in their homes or care facilities.
*Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and any concerns they may have.
*Provide hands-on support and solutions to ensure customers are fully satisfied.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
*Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
*Represent the company’s values, offering friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable support at all times.
Experience we are looking for:
*Previous experience in care or optical services would be a distinct advantage, but we’re open to candidates with a passion for customer service and problem-solving.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical or complex information in a clear and approachable manner.
*A full UK driving licence is essential, as this role is field-based and requires travel to customer sites.
*Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly, empathetic, and professional approach.
*Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own schedule and workload effectively.
*A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping people.
