Marketing Manager
Kings Norton, Birmingham (Office based, 5 days a week)
£40,000 - £50,000 p/a
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a market-leading, growing, specialist equipment wholesaler. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to head up their marketing function from their head office in the Kings Norton area of Birmingham.
Duties and responsibilities of Marketing Manager include (but are not limited to):
*Plan, coordinate, and implement the annual marketing strategy in alignment with the business goals and objectives; developing an omnichannel marketing approach across paid, earned, and owned media.
*Oversee the development and implementation of a content strategy across paid, earned, and owned media.
*Plan and coordinate promotional activities and exhibitions, shows, and conferences (including management of CPD programs). Occasional attendance at shows is required.
*Oversee all internal and external marketing communications; providing additional marketing support to all departments depending on needs.
*Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective market strategies
*Coordinate with international manufacturers and relevant key stakeholders
The person:
*5+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager position
*Must have experience marketing a product in a B2B setting
*Experience of preparing marketing for trade shows, exhibitions, and events
*Medical device industry experience would be desirable
*Experience with HubSpot and WordPress are desirable
*Autonomy: Ability to manage time and workload independently - able to work to deadlines
