The Role
As a Shopfitting Project Coordinator, you’ll ensure the seamless execution of projects by managing the procurement of materials, equipment, and services. You’ll also oversee subcontractor engagement, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Analyse drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.
*Source, evaluate, and procure materials, fixtures, and fittings for shopfitting projects.
*Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
*Ensure purchases meet project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
*Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and onboard new vendors as needed.
*Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders for accuracy and timely fulfilment.
*Coordinate with suppliers and project teams to address delivery issues or quality concerns.
*Monitor stock levels and align materials with project schedules.
*Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of plans.
*Identify, assess, and engage subcontractors for required trades and services.

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-orientated professional passionate about delivering high-quality results. About you:
*Proven experience in procurement, preferably in shopfitting or construction.
*Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
*Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software, plus standard office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is desirable.
*Familiarity with materials, fixtures, and fittings used in shopfitting projects is desirable.
